LLV Capital is a diversified, credit-focused investment firm founded in 2020 that primarily invests in structured credit, CRE loans, and distressed real estate. We allocate capital opportunistically across all major asset classes within structured credit in the U.S., including: residential and commercial mortgages, syndicated and CRE CLOs.  

 

Our investments are executed through extensive due diligence, active trading in both legacy and new issue securitizations, extensive relationships, and direct acquisitions of distressed commercial real estate assets.
